I feel duty bound to transfer my knowledge, understanding and skillset of storytelling to the next generation. I designed and taught an intensive month-long course (5-days a week/3-hours a day) of community storytelling through photojournalism to a wonderful class of underprivileged teenagers belonging to Pakistan’s oldest and most violent neighborhood by the sea back in 2016. The course was meant to help them write and capture their own stories and embracing a positive way of life instead of falling prey to the path of violence.
